Which Mazda6 is NOT compatible with MAZ/PC-ALP?
If your Mazda6 has Mazda's DVD-Navigation system, you can not install MAZ/PC-ALP. MAZ/PC-ALP uses the connector for the Navigation system.
Note, even if your Mazda6 came with DVD/HDD Navigation installed, they may be installed at your dealer. In this case, you can use MAZ/CAN-ALP. These 'dealer option' Navigation systems have their own brand names such as Panasonic or Mitsubishi.
The best way is, you take this photo to your Mazda dealer and ask the engineer if the connector is occupied or available.

Yes, you can.
My iPod does not sound good as I expected
Try other audio source such as portable MD|Cassette player.
If the problem still exists, check the blue connector seats firmly into HU, you need to push hard.
If the problem does not exist with other source, you may need one of the adapters listed below. There are reports that they solved the problem. I suggest you check mazda6club.com BBS for more information. (I do not have iPod)
