Important: The following based on Japanese (right hndled) Mazda6 or Atenza. Your Mazda6 with left handled may differ.
This is a shortcut to install the cable to HU without
removing it from the car.
Put your hand from the point below and put the blue connector to HU. Prior
to do this you must know the location of the HU and the location of the
connector.
HU is the lower one and near to the point below you will find radio antenna
at the near corner of the back panel. The connector for the Adpater is right
next to the antenna.
Note, the connector is VERY firm to install, you must push hard until it is
locked.
The point below is narrow and may not have enough
room for your big hand. In that case forget about the shortcut and remove HU from the car, it is much safer for both HU and your hand.
Put your hand to reach the back panel of HU.
